Sift the baking powder and flour to ensure there are no clumps. Mix dry and wet in separate bowls, then combine.
Transfer batter to 9"x9" baking pan.
Bake for 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. The brownies should appear set with a wobbly center.
Allow to cool for at least 20-30 minutes before cutting.
There will be extra pumpkin purée from the can and your dog will enjoy it.
