Corn Muffins
In small bowl combine and set aside:
- 1 C almond (or soy) milk
- 1 T ground flax seed
Then add and stir in:
- 1 C applesauce
- C maple syrup
Sift in and stir until combined:
- 1 C corn flour
- 1 C oat flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t baking powder
- t salt
Fold in:
Bake at 375 ° for 20+ minutes
