Apple Crisp
Fill a 9"x13" pan with cored, chopped apples.
Mix:
- cup maple syrup
- 6 Tablespoons cashew (or macadamia nut) butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- cup applesauce (can leave out if you wish)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- teaspoon ground ginger
- teaspoon salt
Then add 3 cups rolled oats, mix well, and spread on top of the apples.
Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes then at 350 for 30 minutes.
