Using an electric pressure cooker sauté for 2 minutes with a tablespoon of water:
Cook at high pressure for 6 minutes. Let the pressure
come down naturally.
- 2 carrots chopped
- 2 celery stalks chopped
- 1 T thyme
- 6 C vegetable broth (or water)
- 1 C green or brown lentils
- C red lentils
- 1 medium potato diced
Remove the bay leaves. Add salt and pepper to taste.
